Thats just creepy and nasty, but I dont think it's illegal. Kinda falls along the lines of, if you threw it out, its fair game...thats why important shit should always be shredded...my company recently had dumpster divers, but other than having them removed from property, there wasnt anything else we could do.

kinda funny i was at a kids b-day party w/ april, this past weekend and the b-day kids dad is a sheriff in our area. and i was commenting on somebody thinking they had drug dealing neighbors, he said the same thing

I don't care if someone goes through my garbage. I shred all documents with ANY personal information and then I burn it. All they're going to find in my garbage is empty food containers, cat shit, dog shit, and used Kleenex.
