Running at the Gap?

I'm going to Deals Gap next week and need to carry on with my running.

Can I even do this? I've never been down there so I don't really know what there is around there in terms of being able to run.

Where are you staying? I wouldn't suggest running on 129 itself. There are plenty of hiking trails you could run on though.
