Default O'Hare is a PIA

But still not as bad as ATL.

That is all.

O'Hare is simply "too large" for its own good. American has the "worst" potential gate to gate setup. I've done the H to K Concourse End-to-End run, and yes just barely made my connecting flight.

Spectacular people watching though...

Needs more trams and stuff to contain the lazy people so the rest of us can navigate the walking spaces without having to avoid running them over.

Nah. You just have to pick through traffic, like you do when you commute on the bike. See the pattern evolve, change lanes as needed, and accelerate when you know you're about to be trapped behind dead people walking...

Oh fuck me. I plan to make a trip to Chicago from Atlanta this summer. Sounds like I'll be going from one hell to another just to travel back to that hell.

Last time I was on a plane was when I flew from Dulles airport in Virginia to Atlanta on the last day of the 1996 Olympics. It wasn't too bad though but I've had to drop friends (referred to as ex-friends after) off at Hartsfield-Jackson-Franklin-Carter-Atlanta-Fulton-et al-etc airport and it's pure hell.

I would rather be stuck in the Ohare airport since I dig their food joints. But neither one of them is that bad if you ask me.

Try getting stuck in the goddamn Greece airport after you missed your flight to Turkey. They hate each other enough that flights leave early. 8 hours in a tiny airport and the only food joint sold 25.00 pastas. Now thats shitty.

Yeah, try either Cleveland or Newark.

Atlanta is my least favorite hands down. Angry people at an angry, badly designed airport.
Charles De Gulle in Paris was weird and kind of confusing but cool once I got he hang of it.
JFK sucks because of no smoking anywhere inside the airport so you have to walk out of 4 terminals to go outside and smoke.
Shermatoyeva in russia was pretty cool but bland.
CVG is amazing and awesome and fantastic and super sweet. Because I work there.

I haven't had to connect through Atlanta so I guess I can't say much. I can vouch for how long it takes to get around O'hare. Everyone has close calls there.
