Probably an educational tool for kids living in the hood. Kind of like Leap Frog for white kids but this will educate the poorer minorities of the inner city in how to properly site their Glock.

Toys R Us used to have other more expensive cool stuff like remote control helicopters and shit. Now it's a bunch of cheap stuff.

Toys used to all be made of out die-cast metal and you could run the freakin' things over with a car and they'd still be good (though the car would be effed up).
