Generally because of the weight, but mileage and dirt certainly are accurate as well...

to us not so skinny guys it feels perfect, thats why i like the rc so much, i just feel comfortable on it

My buddy with the RC is skinny as fuck and he loves his bike. They are wide though.. much wider than my Gix.
