I bet the motorcycle passed them on a double yellow raising hell so he could get ahead of the SUV to get videod. The driver of the SUV probably figured he was gone and wasn't going around the bend thinking there would be the motorcycle that just came by him at 70mph at 0mph.

First vid dumbass rider, dumber driver felony hit and run in california though i do understand the o shit situation it would probably be dropped to a misdemeanor if you got a good lawyer.
2nd vid was just a real bad pass.

" Id have pulled over if there had been a spot to pull over" even bigger pussy justifying not helping other people, though the o shit factor again he just should try and rationalize being a pussy.
