![]() Shred turkey and put it in macaroni and cheese with a dash of bbq sauce...sort of a homemade "turkey helper". Better yet, roll out biscuit dough in a shallow dish, fill with veggies, broth and turkey bits and bake yourself a turkey pot pie. |

I use left over turkey in spaghetti sauce. It doesn't matter if it gets a bit dry, because it'll soften un as you simmer the sauce.
