I think its legit. They dont say how bad the injury was but it it was bad enough that she has to take time off she should get compensation for it because she was there for job related reasons.

My point was that sex is not work related. I'm surprised that some of you are going with this when I've gone through other threads were someone is trying to just sue to get rich.
