Thank you for reminding me how absolutely awesome USAA is. I had an ATM eat my card - they overnighted one to me, a.m. delivery for no extra cost.

Granted, they don't have branches anywhere except Killeen TX [their first branch opened this year]. The other location is the mothership compound in San Antonio. Without that card I would have had to *gasp* write a check.

I have been very happy with citibanks customer service and still go back to the branch by my dads when I have to actualy enter a bank. If I had the time I would have went by there and took care of it in person. But it was a crazy few days of work so it was back to ole customer service. wasnt too long before i was able to get to a human too
