The digits disappear and then you see the App Update icon on your notification bar.

Making a 100% transition to virtual desktop for my everyday work machine, so I'm getting a Xoom for everyday use outside of the office.

Any new apps in the past few months that are must-haves?

Sadly, I will use an app for a little while and eventually delete it if I don't find regular use out of it.

I'd be ecstatic if I could find a better calendar/planner app than what comes stock.

I just got my gTablet yesterday and im in currently looking for some new "tablet" apps but Angry Birds is pretty great on a 10 inch screen.

PocketCloud is an interesting VNC/RDP i have on my Droid. The Droid doesnt seem to have the horsepower to run it but im curious to see how it works with a Tegra 2 tablet, havent tried it yet.

I put Pulse on my Droid X.....it's fully configured to suit my tastes now and about the only time I use a PC anymore is at the office....I game on my desktop at home...but use the Droid for virtually all of my other online needs.

What area of the calendar are you looking for improvements on? The phone's calendar is slightly clunky, but it's manageable in some areas. This is my setup. It's a bit tedious in the beginning, but now I've got it pretty fluid. I set up most of my calendar shit through the computer on the Google Calendar website. I've got a few different calendars set up for different things, like a school calendar, a calendar for hockey and UFC events, and my general Calendar. I use Pure Calendar Widget to set up what I want to see and on which screen I want to see it. My main calendar displays on the widget on the home screen, my school calendar events are on another screen with other school related apps, and the sports stuff I have up on another screen during hockey season.

Slightly clunky, but organized and geared more towards display stuff. The widget has a quick add feature which makes it easy to put new events on the calendar, and the different widget sizes give me the information I'm looking for.
