Man V Food

Tonight on Man V Food they will be doing an Alaska edition. They are featuring 3 places and two of them are in my little town of 800 people, Talkeetna. The West Rib Pub and the Talkeetna Roadhouse.

I work at the Talkeetna Roadhouse a old roadhouse that has been around since the early 1900s. I was covering a dish pit shift, so if anything im doing dishes!

I can add more info later but im actually posting this from work right now.

Thats sweet. Def a great show and I was plannin on watchin it in about 10 minutes if I can stay awake through it, damn getting up at 430 is killing me.

Yeah I caught a rerun of one done about 10 mins from my house. But it was kinda lame and food won!

Considering the 12 hours of time they spent cramping up our little place, we were surprised they didn't have more shots of all the cool mountain climbing memorabilia in either the Roadhouse or the Pub.

And believe it or not, that crew totally abused their "free food" powers.
