New seals
New Dust Boots
Impact Wrench (makes it take only a matter of seconds to pull apart)
Front Stand (One that has the pin and goes under the lower Triple)
Someone to assist you who has done it before
2+ bottles of new fork oil
Manual to get the proper measurements of oil

I'm telling you man...take it to a shop. Forks aren't the easiest things to do without the proper tools.
