Default Track Wheels

Where's a good place to find them? I just need a good used set to throw some trackday tires on. Haven't seen anything on ebay. Is there somewhere I can get a cross-reference?

Try a bike-specific forum. That's where I got mine.

I got mine on ebay for super cheap by using uncommon keywords like rims instead of wheels. Your bike isn't a commonly raced bike though, so you are going to have a rough time finding wheels. Dlit's and my bike are both common race bikes so race teams are selling off stock wheels to replace them with lighter wheels. You are going to have to hope for a wrecked bike of some kind.

I am, but no hits yet. I searched every combination of Ninja, 650, 650R, er-6, and kawsaki I could thing of, but no wheels. Almost everything else I'd need to build a bike though- airbox, fender, fairing, gas tank, ignition module...

See if you can find a bike that uses the same size rims and it may be easier. Like D said, if you find a bike specific forum you may find a deal or at least find another rim thatll work.

I don't know what else will fit... Probably have to hunt through Bike Bandit's parts diagrams and see if any part numbers match.

Hey- Ebbs has a ZZR! What wheels are on that thing?

Yeah- I looked at the dealer, and something like 06-08 ZX6Rs and ZZRs have 180s, 03-05 have 170s, and older ZX6Rs have 160s... Doesn't tell me whether it will mount on my bike- need bearing and axle sizes.

my rear is a 180... same as the old ZX6r from 02... don't think the 03-05's had 170's though... that seems wrong.

160's must have been before 98 though
