Default Smoke and use a Mac?

Then I hope you don't need warranty service.

Electronics owned by a smoker stink really bad, but as for health risk?

I used to keep a painter's mask around to work on smoker's computers, but never thought of voiding a warranty.

As a non smoker I find this funny. I wonder if they really can do it legally but I agree with them. I don't think smokers realize how much damage the smoke does. It coats everything it can get to. You should have seen some of the smoking cars we have done in our detail shop.

Hard to believe people still smoke heavily indoors or inside a car. Hell, not that hard to believe I guess, a buddy of mine's wife smoked the whole way through her pregnancy just this year.

I would cringe at that.

Certain foods can cause issues too. When I worked at an electronics store we had a receiver box come back that smelled a lot like curry. It smelled so bad I had to put it back in the box and tape it up. I couldn't stand to be near it. Smoker's stuff was the same.

Yea we did. But it was a good lesson in the stupidity of the average person. Listening to the long list of excuses why it was ok for her to smoke was amusing and of course sad.

"The Dr. told me I should keep smoking because if I quit now the baby will have withdrawls." - That was the most classic.

We went to Raleigh, NC this past weekend to help my mother move from one place to another. We stayed with one of my sisters and BIL and they smoke.

It didn't bother me that much since I was sitting across the room while we were hanging out/watching tv etc.... BUT after the wife and I got back home Sunday we noticed EVERYTHING we took with us smelled like smoke !! Needless to say we did laundry and even included stuff we didn't wear because you could smell it from just being in their house.

Ok back on topic...yeah they have a computer too but it's not a Mac.
