Yes,I recognize that the company you keep helps form the image others have of you but it doesn't define what kind of person you are.

I wouldn't be surprised if Obama is biased towards his his black brethren BUT to be fair I'm sure the 40+ white guys who have been in the office before had at least SOME special affinity towards their own kind. As is normal,btw. I'm sure that if Hillary had gotten the nod,she would have had a special place in her agenda for Women's rights/issues. When ex-military guys get into office,they tend to focus more on defense. There have been and probably are members of the gov't who are members of the KKK and that have run for President. Actually,there have been and probably are members of government whose ancestors were slave owners. I wonder if you would have the same outrage if one of them were running?

I'm sorry but alot of this racist talk smacks of a bunch of guys running scared because for the first time in American history,a guy might be in office that isn't one of YOU and might not have YOUR best interests at and heart.

For the record,I don't like Obama much either but it has nothing to do with where he went to church or who his friends are.

Yeah, I saw that on the news this morning. Apparently, McCain knew about it before he put her on the ticket. Guess we will see where this takes us.
