what are you riding again??? I'm looking to get my girl an SV650. She doesn't like the naked look, but likes the SV w/ the extra farring... Figure I can take the farring off while she's learning and then put it on later for some "longevity love" there for her.

The only reason I ever got on a bike myself was because my husband had an already scratched up bike. IMO get her something used and a little roughed up...not necessarily dropped but used. That was a huge deal when it came to me feeling comfortable with it. Of course it may be different for her.

Yep, nothing in my account either. A friend of mine should have received hers on the 28th, but still nothing. Just saw some crap on the news that people are bitching because they were expecting a certain amount, but they're getting less. Apparently, the wording in the stimulus package reads, "up to," so you may not get the full $600, or $1200, or $1800, or whatever the fuck you thought you were going to get. I love our government.

If you read on the website. It says that too. It's the media who are saying you "will get 600" but everything government wise says up to. Also if you check irs.gov you can enter in your information and find out what exactly you are getting.

The dates of distrubtions are fridays not mondays.....and they have til monday. If its not there they have to review it to make sure what that person paid is legit and that they don't owe backtaxes.
