I think alot of it is on the insurance side of things...large dog typically appears more ferocious, more destructive to property and people, while a small dog is seen as less harmful...thats why many insurance carriers wont accept you if you have a pit, a rottie, a shepard, etc etc...but dont care if you have a maneating chihuahua.

that's because people are ignorant sheep who believe all the hype about large "scary" dogs.

Pitbulls are a perfect example.

But, apartment owners are starting to realize that they shouldn't care if the chihuahua eats a person - but REALLY care if they eat the baseboards, carpet, linoleum and bottom of each door in the place.

I don't know....am old roommate had a Great Dane that somehow removed a 2 foot patch of carpet from the middle of the room. We still don't know how he did that.

You caught him in the middle of installing a command center for his part in the war against the cats.

He went in for his bone core biopsy. But after the doc checked with a surgant and a vet surgery specialist. They decided to not do a true bone core biopsy cause it could fracture the bone. Further cause the figure the bone is going to be soft so they did this other thing that involves 10 high gauge needles where they suck out a shot of bone tissue and put that into slides for testing. We will know next week.

The upside to this procedure was he wasn't completely put under and it was less invassive so no stiches and crap either.

here's hoping!
