Truth is, if it's really fresh, I like sashimi... but I do like some of the more exotic (read: Americanized) rolled sushi as well.
If you get over to Dallas some time, you need to get Charlie & Cass to take you to the sushi place they took Adam and myself.
The rolls are wild and the variety of flavors and textures is amazing.

I keep meaning to get over that way, but shit's always lined up against me getting any escape from this shithole of a state. One of these days though, it's a go, and some Dallas sushi will be on the menu.
