I always found that it was wealthy Americans who were tight fisted with the money. No tips, always arguing about the exchange rates.....

How do you think they became "wealthy" in this economy?

This was long before "this economy"
In the past such people have told me that getting money isn't the problem, because it's something that anyone can do. KEEPING the money is how you become wealthy.

Reminds me of the Simpsons episode where Bill Gates has hired goons beat up Homer and steal his idea. "You don't get to be the richest man in the world by writing a bunch of checks!"

Yesterday I helped a customer that with a product he was having problems with, I spent at least 15 minutes with him. This wasn't even my customer. I didn't sell him the product he needed help with. I still treated him like he was my customer. Chances are he will remember me next time he comes in.
I helped another guy the same day. I thought he was buying a product but it turned out he bought it the day before. While explaining the product to him he said I wish you were here yesterday because I would have bought the right product the first time. He returned the product and then I gave him the one he really needed. I then helped him set up the product because he wasn't going to be able to do this at home. I did that for him and he couldn't have been happier. He asked how much he owed me. I told him not a thing. He then decided he needed a case for his product and bought that from me. About 10 minutes later my manager came up to tell me that that customer went to customer service to let them know how great the service I provided was. When they told him I was new they said he couldn't believe that I was new there. If he needs to buy something else or knows someone that needs something I sell I have a good feeling that they will come my way. James

hey I have a PS3, 20" rims and 10" subwoofers... I've never bought any type of lottery ticket if that counts... not all of us Negros are stupid you know. FWIW I mainly bought the 20s because new tires for the stock 18" rims would have cost over $600 and I got rims and tires for $800 in 20" so nyah, nyah, nyah whitey!!!
