technically 6 in 2 housings, but 2 are just running lights

Looks like about $50 for the set of 2 for the dims... not too bad. Thinking I should go with the 35W as the stock lights are 35W.

And they are pretty good stock, but Ebbs' HIDs in the ZZR were as bright as my lights as he was following me a couple car lengths back.
yeah... I like that.

we will find out in about 9 months.

After some reading on some buell forms, I went against all I said.
Ordered a pair of the 55W 8K's.

They will be waiting for when I get home.

55 is brigher than 35... so i went with the bigger is better theory.

8K cause I want just a hint of blue, and the guys at DDM say that the 55W 8K have the same color as the 35W 6K.

seemed like a good idea at the time.

Do the 25's have any issue with melting stock wiring connections? The XB's were rumored to kill the stock headlight connectors if you plug and played. I ran a relay to the battery, well gas man did technically, and used the stock connector as the on/off switch essentially.

that's the way all the badwebbers were doing it too, and no issues reported.
There shouldn't be, as the majority of the power for the lights is running through the dedicated line, all the stock connections do is tell it when they "should" be on.

I may wire in a switch inline as well, so I control when they turn on.
