Wow, I was really a fan of the older ninjas right up until 2008 when they started to get ugly. the last generation looked cross eyed and sad. This new generation looks cross eyed and angry. Just not my cup of tea I guess

i love this monster. changelog in that .pdf has some very interesting info in it as well, lots of well thought out features. kinda surprised they claimed to not have used torque plates up till now. i mean i dont know how it works for new engines but you wouldnt want bore work done without one

I still don't love it. I just looks all stretched out to me.

I'm sure it's fun as hell to ride though!

I'm thinking it will be like the third gen where it never really clicked in pics like it does in person. Other thought, we've only seen the one with the euro spec tail so far. Apparently for the us market the turn markers will be mounted down on the undertail by the plate. Have to wait and see what that's gonna look like

If I were to buy one the turn signal/plate bracket would look like trash cause I would definitely be cutting it off and throwing it away early on.

I'll have to wait until I see it in person at the bike show or something.

Yea, I cant wait for the bike show to see it. The last gen looked much better in person, I feel this will be the same.

Roadracinworld.com and hellforleather.com both have comprehensive previews of the '11 10 and the full faired Z1000S. Also goodies on the new GSXR 600/750 and an 1198sp. Good stuff.
