What's your alcohol consumption like?

Some people say they're not eating much, but they're putting away a six-pack 4x a week @ 1000 calories a pop, and for some reason just don't count it as food.

No wonder I felt like a weak, skinny slob when I was with my GF

No don't answer that! I don't want to know.

I like cheese, chicken and red meat. Don't want to know any of it.

Meth works great

Maybe it was answered but there is another very important factor. How old are you?

Look through some magazines about fitness. The best magazines I found for fitness is the triathlon magazines. They have some realistic diets or nutritional information for people who don't intend on placing 2nd behind the Kenyans.

Also get out of the gym too. Use a combination of both gym running/cycling/etc and outdoor running/cycling/etc.

Maybe, but it's not due to a heart attack.

Don't believe the hype, fat is awesome!
I know people whose diets consist of about 70% fat 20% pro and 10% carbs. Almost all are shredded.

How do you think a rhino gets so damn big?
Both these I got from the book
Am I the only one who caught this?

This book must know something no other bodybuilder, bodybuilding guru, or ANY other nutrional guide has ever EVER caught.

BTW for reference, Rhinos eat cabbage and other leafy greens because that's what they're genetical capable of. Same goes for their size, genetic disposition, not the "protein extracted from a cabbage"
