If I had to have a Ducati Monster, I would get a 1996 model and save myself $10K. For a decade or more they didn't change much. Then I would learn how to adjust the valves and keep the dry clutch quiet.

Don't want to get the cart before the horse, but I checked the bike out today and it will be mine some time this week (I'm at the mercy of the USPS). I can't wait to get back on two wheels.
