I wish it was that easy. In fact, we were in the middle of a Rolling Stones cover, Paint It Black, and the crowd was into it. They were jamming hard...ran into me and I fell backwards, tripped over my guitar players foot pedals with my left foot and fell to the ground. I finished the song from the floor. Then got up...and leaned against my bass rig for the rest of the show.

Yea, I had a broken ankle when I hit the 1st deer back in '97 and I rode my bike "street fighter" style with a cast on my right foot. No problem. If you want some advice, I'd leave the cast on until you got to the Gap. It might save you some discomfort.

Damn dude! Are you trying to take yourself out BEFORE the rally?

I have a bum knee and have ridden about 300 or so miles with it. The only time it didn't hurt was when I had my foot on the peg. I couldn't brake nor could I put that foot down. Mounting and dismounting was a bitch because it was swollen and gotten worse with riding so I couldn't hardly move my leg at all. I still rode though.

Looks like the only ones that may be safe to ride with are you, me, Tommy, Sixxxer, and Chi.
