OMG, he sure immobilized that front wheel!!!!!!1
Too bad the thieves would still just pick up the whole bike and toss it into a van.

I wonder if he ground the teeth down so they were shorter so he could save some rotating mass.

On his car he has been running 2 lug nuts just for that reason!!! (I dunno but it sounds plausible)

those lug nuts are only a couple inches away from the rotational center.........Reducing tire pressure would have a greater effect

Reducing tire pressure only work to increase contact patch by flattening out the surface of tire that is in contact with the road. The problem with lowering tire pressure is that with all the extra traction from flat tires you will be doing wheelies everytime you hit the gas or throttle and you will make flip over and bang your head on the floor.

If you want really to remove rotating mass you should do burnout until chords are showing. This will reduce the rubber on the tire at its most far away from center point, but will leave rubber on edges for fast turning speeds so when you race people know that you are smarter than the rest of the racers by redusing mass and leaving turning speed.

Shervin is a legend over on zx-10r.net. He's like their retarded little brother. I can't remember where he's from, but I know English isn't his native language.
