This scenario is plausible, were it not for its size. I was expecting more along the lines of a 2-incher.

I sorta had a feeling, but it's worth checking out. I got a Storehouse rolling cabinet for free with a Harbor Freight order one time. It supports about 30lbs and it one of the worst POS's I've ever seen. I use it to store the hose for the shop vac now. I'd probably take that $150 and look on Craiglist, but if it works for your application and you like it, then good deal.
