People act like PF Chang is healthier..........Yet most "Americanized" Chinese food is pretty unhealthy because of being deep-fried. Also they barely give you any veggies anymore, just meat and rice. Unless you call a handful of green onions veggies.

I do my own stir fry at home or go to a Japanese Hibachi to eat...Rice is good for you too.
I don't eat too much fast food. I like keeping my bad cholesterol at 51. |
