This reminds me, I have my Alienware set up in a "Raid" configuration with the drives mirrored...but I screwed up somehow and got one of my processors somehow not working or something... I'm not an expert of any kind. My laptop has dual duo core processors but only one of them is working as far as I can tell since I got "stupid" and reconfigured my drives.. anyway, I'm gonna drop it off Monday for a check up and quit screwing with it myself!!!

You sure you dont mean dual core? Ive never known alienware to sell a dual cpu lap. You can turn on/off cores in the bios.
