Dumb bitch.
I don't think she's smart enough to learn from that stop. You could hear her mouthing off at the beginin of the clip and he asked her to get out then. She's trash, I'm glad the cop tazed her ass. If it was a 25 yo male acting like that no one would say... "oh, poor young man shouldn't have gotten tazed."

Dumb bitch indeed

When an officer is giving you an instruction, you damn well do it. You don't argue, you don't piss and moan, you don't complain, and you damn sure don't challenge him. Especially over something as stupid as signing a freakin' speeding ticket.

I get tired of watching these people rebuff the authority of an officer and then are surprised when they get the smackdown put on them.

It's simple. Don't be a dumbass.
Agreed 100%! I couldnt help but giggle at her spunk, but i really laughed when she got tazed. She may not have appeared to be a threat to someone else, but with that nasty attitude and her insistence on returning to her vehicle, how do we know she may not have had a gun or something? She IS in Texas after all!

That fucking tub couldn't have gotten her in cuffs and in the car without the tazer? C'mon she's 72 and old school. Don't tell me that situation couldn't have been handled differently. I have to remove people from my bar of all ages all the time. I don't choke out an old man like I would a 25 year old douchbag that's trying to cause me REAL physical harm...

What a hero...

Bwahahaha! Stupid hurts. It hurt the old lady, and it'll hurt the cop in court.

So instead you reccommend he do what?

Everyone says he shouldn't have done that, but no one has said what he should have done instead. I'm not challenging you , just curious.

My husband made the point that if he would have tried to use force to get cuffs on her he very well could've broken her arm.

I watched the video a couple of times.
The only thing I didn't see him do that he really should have done was, prior to the shove, say "Ma'am, I need you to back off the road, we're too close to traffic".

I know I've said this before and it makes me a "sheep", but I was taught that when a cop tells you to do something, you fucking do it!
If you don't agree or want to fight it, you do that in court, with a lawyer, not on the side of a busy highway with no shoulder.
Being old and cranky doesn't mean you get to quit obeying the law.

*(and thanks, Tracy, for saying pretty much the same thing earlier in the thread. I didn't read all the replies first or I would have quoted you)
