hold out as long as you need, but start looking now. by the time the first eviction note shows up , you usually can draw it out for 3 months.

More than likely the bank will bid it in at auction. If that is the case, you will be able to keep renting and pay rent to the bank while they try to sell it. In this economy, you may have a while. Either way, you should be looking for something immediately.
This shit is happening everywhere. Landlords not using rent to make the payments. I've been involved in several recently. Sucks bro. Good luck
