You should have explained to the officer that they refuse to give you the insurance information and asked him if he would get it for you. He may have done it, who knows?

So I haed a long converstion over dinner with the lawyer tonight, and we mapped out a full road ahead.

Once i get 3 separate appraisals on monday he will send a letter to the tow company requesting arbitration, apparently arbitration has a 25% better chance of a positive outcome for me.
