Our dog does this too.

Any animal and she goes crazy.

The other two dogs will go and lay on their comfy bed in the corner of the living room; this one goes out of her way to find a spot on the floor that has a good viewing angle of the TV and plop down there and watch.

My big dog is so lazy she apparently can eat sitting or standing. She lays down, pulls the bowl close, and eats with her head laying in the bowl.

My dog does that with his water if he's really tired and thirsty.

Max does the same thing, must be a Shiba thing although Liam isn't too bad with being camera shy. He is still young so very much a ham.

Seeing the nail marks on the wall make it clear he does that a lot. If my dog fucked up the wall like that there would be a major beat down going on.
Five minutes of dry wall compound and 2 minutes of paint. It's practically a non-issue for me.

When he did this, he got his ass beat.

Of course, if I had nipped this habit when it started, the couch probably wouldn't have been destroyed..

This is what I'm waiting to come home to sometime when we've left Liam out of his crate. Tonight was a book from Erik's work and the back of his recliner chair where it isn't noticeable.
