I am a big Riesling fan. I like the sweeter whites. I keep trying to get into reds but the tannin taste is too much for me. I'm hoping I'll eventually find one I like.

You've got one of the best wine regions going in your back yard and you buy stuff from OREGON, when you could be visiting wineries and taking tasting tours?!

Whoa! I should clarify. I couldn't find pictures of the Baco Noir that I normally drink. I just google image searched "baco noir" and that's what I came up with.

Papa...I recently did a tasting at Puddicombe Farms. I credit them with my newfound love of certain red wines. I've also found a Pelee Island that I love.

I am a hardcore beer drinker. Give me a cold beer any day and I'm a happy girl. So this is quite a departure for me and I'm absolutley loving it!

Years back a riding group that I was a member of did a lunch ride to one of the Niagara wineries. One of our members was a pastry chef and was acquainted with the head chef there. It was definitely worth the trip.
