My brother used it. Aside from the weird dreams, he loved it. he was able to easily quit with it. He'd tried everything under the sun prior, and nothing seemed to stick. But this did.

My aunt tried it and it worked great for her. She wasn't on it long and she said the thought of smoking makes her sick now.

My Wifey Nurse just said it and I quote" Gives you nasty nightmares and fucked up side affects" and she knew exactly what I was talking about without me even telling her about the thread...

My dad quit cold turkey and I think thats the only way to go for something of this nature.

Its like "heavy" people and getting their stomach stappled.

Get in control of your own mental habits. Resist the urge on your own and you will be stronger for it.

If it helps your quit then great but I am a firm believer in cold turkey style.

I've been smoke free for over a year, thanks to Chantix. I didn't have any side effects, but got off as quickly as possible. Good luck!!!

I quit cold turkey from two packs a day...it can be done.

This was during a 45min nap on the couch. I mean, I'm an admitted stoner and all.....but I wouldn't touch a drug that fucks with your brain that much.

i get dreams like that without drugs
