I've been lucky the last 3 times I've been pulled over I just got a warning so I better watch it I'm about due for one it's been like 3-4 years.

Yup, seems to be nationwide... I posted a thread about it in the street riding section a couple months ago when i noticed cops working our little one-stoplight town three weeks running
