thanks! i do alot of hanging leg raises, weighted crunches and some reverse woodchopper moves on the cable machine along with the occasional set of russian twists. it varies, but i do it every day. no rest day for my abs. i hit 'em hard.

thanks! i do alot of hanging leg raises, weighted crunches and some reverse woodchopper moves on the cable machine along with the occasional set of russian twists. it varies, but i do it every day. no rest day for my abs. i hit 'em hard.

yea she's dead lifting over 200 and benching one something.... I'm not sure actually as I have never lifted a weight in my life!
