I get headaches all the time due to light sensitivity. If I'm not careful it gets really agonizing, fucks up my whole week. So I wear dark glasses and get made fun of all the time. Better that than spending hours hiding from light, noise or touch while seriously considering drilling holes in my skull. My sympathies.

I get headaches maybe 1 in 3 days? Sometimes less depending on oddities. I just pop ibuprofen or however it's spelled whenever I feel them coming on now.. I'm just so sick of getting them all the time. Been this way as far back as I remember. I'm happy they aren't cluster headaches though.. I feel for ya there.

I do indeed get rebound headaches from the caffine Annoying.
I don't remember that test but I know I have done more testing then I ever care to remember. I have been diagnosed with tension, cluster, and migraines and I am having a really bad weekend.

I was just reading the link you posted and found this quote, "cluster headaches do not respond to biofeedback". I don't remember how long they had me in biofeedback but I could raise or lower by temperature but could never get a handle on my headaches.

I've gotten headaches for as long as I could remember. My Mom and one sister have the same problem too.

I've had them last for a couple weeks at a time. Most times I don't take anything as it doesn't help, but sometimes I do have to take 1 Exedrine and that generally helps.

I have found relief from not sleeping on my stomach, seeing a chiropractor, and a massage therapist once a month. I don't get them nearly as bad from this. I also noticed years back that drinking coffee gave me a headache, so I quit.

I hope you are feeling better!

I also suffer from cluster headaches. Worst frack'n pain I've ever experienced including childbirth. I've had the shots, pain pills ect. and nothing helps them. I often wish someone would put me out of my misery!

I hope you feel better soon!
