Wow, that's incredible!! I've heard a few other horror stories about people getting rates re-quoted to them that were over twice teh original prices and just stuck with the choice.
Your story makes me want to book more often with Expedia.

not only that.... but the woman I spoke to just sent me an e-mail saying shes mailing me 4 $100 vouchers for expedia... (one for each room) valid through September of next year...
