The toilet seat thing
I believe it is a control thing with women.
When badgered to put the seat down, I make sure I do. But I also close the lid. Then they still have to operate something in order to pee, but can't say shit. Bitch fail.

Falling in Sucks. That is all I have to say. My parents have a cool toilet that you just flick the seat and it gently lowers itself. Kinda nice actually.

Ok, this one I a) don't get and b) have gotten crap for. No I don't say "lady friend" but if she's introducing herself why do I get crap for not introducing them as my girlfriend? And what am I supposed to say if we haven't had the talk at this point?

How bout just saying..."this is (insert name here)"? We don't always need our title announced. I personally don't like lady friend. Don't know why.

Yeah, most of it seems pretty on target, but...
The toilet thing - it's not about control, and it's not cus I'm afraid of fallin in... I just don't like lookin at an open toilet. |

When you are drunk it's best to find a completely open toilet. I'm not above pissing on a closed one. HAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHA

We've never had the toilet seat discussion in this house - we each have our own bathroom
(incidentally, I keep the lid down because I have a 2 year old and don't want her ending up drowning)
