The tubers don't handle as well as the XB's, but tuber folks wouldn't DREAM of getting rid of their bikes.

The best way to describe them is as mid 60's early 70's muscle cars. They handle pretty good, but it's the nasty, raw, pissed off quality that they provide that is the attraction.

I agree, just like the busa bashers. Every bike serves a purpose and everyone has different reasons for making their choice or choices on selecting a steed. I think true riders can appreciate any reliable, well put together two wheeled beast.

I can have fun on any thing thats why I kept my lil whore so long even if every dude I ran into said man thats a chick bike. She did her job twisty fun,road trips, and cruising around town.


I def needed more bike though to get better but if I had not banged her up I would have kept her as my commute whore.

Which Tubers? All of them don't handle as good or newer (post-HD aqusition)? The early Buells came with Marzocchi suspension and Marchisini wheels. Do they not handle as well?

I've never ridden a Tuber...but like I've said before...I like the White X1 Lightning. If I was gonna own a tuber it'd be that one.

They handle REALLY well, but don't handle as well as the XB line. The geometry wasn't as radical and so it isn't as precise. They also don't have all of the mass centralization benefits of the XB.

That said, I've seen folks school newer, more modern bikes on tubers.

uh no, people remember those cars as handling well. the reality was much different
