OMG. How horrible, he didnt even make a semi threatening move. If you are turning your shoulder to look over it, doesnt your arm automatically follow? That cop didnt even have a REASON to draw, and as fast as he shot the victim, he had to have had it out before he even stopped the car.
I agree, he should face attempted murder charges, NOT assault. |

Whittled down to an assault charge by a cop friendly (aren't they all?) DA.
Complete and utter bullshit. JC

I like how they are arguing in court about how he turned his body and didn't move his left hand. Do they not understand that the clutch must be pulled in? Who's to say that the bike was not still in gear.
I am confused why the second biker lost control other than he doesn't know how to operate a two wheeled vehicle. Very sad

Wow. He faces up to 11 whole years....for paralyzing an unarmed young man for life. He'll be out in 5 years, and probably be fairly well protected while he's in the pen. He won't even get raped half as many times as the average citizen would if imprisoned...if he even gets raped at all.
This case and punishment is a clear illustration of how America continuously progresses into a police state frame of mind. If the Harley rider would've shot the cop....how much time do you think he would've gotten? The guy can't use his fucking cock anymore....I doubt that's going to make him feel any better.
