My son is attending one of the top automotive schools. He has one semester out of 4 completed and has 12 job offers in an area that was ravaged by a tornado 7 months ago. He will always be employed, whether working under the hood, parts or managing the shop.

I'm just guessing that race teams wouldn't hire people straight from schools, they would hire from shops. And most bike shops pay beans.
