Not gonna read any spoilers, but I'll just say it's good for this movie to come out. Star Trek was always better than Star Wars, because it focused on humans and their potential, not some galaxy far far away. It's about time people started thinking positively about humanity's future, instead of wasting time watching pro wrestling or some narcissistic reality TV show.

Kirk gets laid, Spock says "Interesting" 28 times, and everybody stupid enough to wear a red shirt, and not be named Scotty, gets his ass blown up. The End.

I could never watch the old star trek. I'd just fall asleep the second my father started watching it.. and the annoying beeps in the background that repeat every 5 seconds... This movie looks bad ass though. I gotta see it and the new x-men.
