believe it or not that's the boss. She's a whopping 4 lb poodle. Of course she is also the set up man for any would be intruder. "oh how cute sounds like they have an ankle nipper" Boxer just waits quietly by the door waiting for it to open. Poodle going off like a car alarm that shits.

So when do Boxers start to fill out? My 8 month old is getting tall but he still looks like a puppy.

mine is 2 1/2 and she is starting to get wider. After about 1 1/2 yr she started looking kind of impressive. Depends I think on their body style. Some males especially are huge (90 lb) and some I've seen were even smaller then my female. (she goes 50-55 lb)
I don't know how much affect it has on their body size but muscle wise she has 3 acres to run around in and she uses it all plus we walk at night for a 2 - 3 mile walk. That seems to keep her muscle toned up pretty well. When she is running after you it's prety impressive for as small as she is.
Sitting still like that I think she still looks like a little puppy. LOL

My boxer is 55lbs now and he still has some growing to do. I expect he will probably top out around 70-75.

Very cute. I had a similar set up several years ago. Jake a 10 lb. Min Pin was my early warning system. He was six months older and in charge of Kayla my 90 lb. female Rottie. What a pair...I miss those pups.

yeah the poodle thought it was cute when we brought home the new puppy. She was motherly with her. Suddenly the new pup was twice her size. It's been game on since then.

My 2 boxers are 6 and 4 now - they finish filling out around 3 or so. And start to settle down around then too. Our 6 year old is having hip issues now and really slowing down

4 year old is 65 lbs or so and the 6 year old is big: 82 lbs of pure muscle!!
