my funds are limited because the state is looking my case over very closly looking for fraud and has not paid out so i have about $400 wrapped up in that of my own money let alone damages, so my bike is parked and staying parked

That's why I suggested riding with Kyle. Split gas and it will be much cheaper than driving the gas guzzler.
