But I also did it using a resume template found on word, so there is some formatting, it isn't as simple as just re-typing. I'm not offended at all if you don't want the work, it's definitely not your responsibility. But I'll probably do it tonight, so I'm going to shower and if I don't hear back from you by the time I check it, I'll just do it myself. No biggy either way. |

I've always been to the understanding that resumes should only be 1 page...especially if you are right out of college/have no experience.

Personally, if I were handling resumes and someone sent me a PDF, I'd be annoyed. Conversely, if a company can't handle a word document...specifically the latest version that's been around for 2 years and demands a pdf... I don't think I'd want to work there....bunch of backward ass cheap bastards. Get with the damn times. |

Exactly. I've always been told by every HR person ever that your resume should only be more than 1 page if you are super experience kimosabe stud.
