What the crap.
Stop weighing yourself first of all and pay more attention to tone. You're probably not eating frequently enough to assist the exercise in boosting your metabolism.

Eat a cheeseburger and lift some weights. lol

You are definitely going to get crappy results with the sleep issues.

Seriously...you are going to go nowhere fast with the sleep issues.

Slimfast is great if you want to do a commercial or appear on The View but if you have the ability....see a nutritionist. If not...
Simplify your diet.
Instead of focusing on the calories focus on ingredients.

Lots and lots of fresh (not canned high in sodium shit) vegetables preferably of the green variety. Say bye bye to red meat save for one day a week and it should be a nice lean steak at that. Lots of chicken...lots of fish. White rice. the occasional potato.
You can toss in some beans as well. Snacks should be restricted to fruit and nuts (my favorite for awhile was a mix of raisins and UNSALTED peanuts with warm glass of water)

Cut your bread intake to a minimum.

Your work out is a good start but you have bigger issues than fine tuning your routine. Just keep going on a regular basis and make sure you are working and not going through the motions (and don't overtrain).

I lost 30 lbs in the last 6 months just by cutting out desserts.

Slim fast is pure shit.
Shit in=shit out

The only reason people lose weight on slim fast is because they are fat and lazy, hence they will have a 200 calorie shake instead of a 1200 calorie big mac combo.

First, ditch the SlimFast.
Second, you need to eat, HEALTHY, more than once a day. 4 to 5 times along with excercise. *snacks and shakes count, but not SlimFast.
Third, drink alot of water, 1 gallon is a plus, but at LEAST half.
Fourth, get more sleep.

There that's 4 lines substituted for 101.

Eat/drink less, exercise more. Ever seen a picture of a fat prisoner at Auschwitz?

reduced calorie intake + increased calorie burning = weight loss

except not
How much water are you drinking? You need to have at least 1/2 a gallon per day up to about 1 gallon. If your water intake is low you may be retaining water. Also when are you eating? No less than 3 hours before you sleep is ideal. Are you eating a small snack every 3 hours?

Easy on the weights too. Low weight + lots of reps is why you are looking for. Higher weight = gain in muscle mass and increased weight. That's why I stick to body weight exercises. Pull ups push ups etc
