I highly recommend getting GTA IV on pc and downloading mods. Theres some people out there that have made the game 100x better than stock graphics. Icehancer just released v1.35. Plus yhere are mechanic mods so its not just looks.

Why does this make me suck? Wanting a little less reality from my virtual video game? LOL

As far as the vehicles go, they do need to make some changes. That's not my point, I just get bored driving vehicles around and starting 6 star cop chases.

By choice. I can easily control the vehicles and move along with traffic. But goddamn that's not only boring in real life, that's boring in the video game. It's a false reality. Get in the sportscar and pin it up the highway or hop a bike and wheelie it for as long as possible. Chances are those will lead to crashes.

I like their games but I can never finish them. Once I get to the second city or island I start to lose interest because it feels like Im starting over again. I did finish Vice City though and its still my favorite GTA game.

I've never been able to get into the GTA games. I played 3 a bit. Own 4 and all the DLC on Steam (paid like 4$), and have never even installed them. Its strange, because I loved Red Dead Redemption. I guess the setting does nothing for me in GTA. They'd have to change their formula to get me interested. And that wont happen, because millions love it just the way it is.

I like Open world games like Fallout3 and NV/Oblivion/Skyrim/Just cause 2(which is awesome, you guys should try it). But GTA, running around in a crammed city just isnt fun for me.

Plus, it comes next year, and next year is Diablo 3. Im pretty sure ill end up hooked on that for at least 6~ months.

Skyrim? Much better than GTA could ever hope to be. Much deeper, and much, much longer. You should look it up if you dont know about it. Its the newest Elder Scrolls.
