Because the child is directly responsible.
The parents are being sued because they are partially responsible. |

The women had osteoporosis otherwise her hip wouldn't have fractured...and everyone knows that 80 plus year olds that go in for hip surgery usually die on the table or shortly thereafter.
This was a mercy killing by God. lol
