I do. The 58,800 miles on the Busa will attest to that.
I use the stock seat. I will on occasion use a pair of padded bicycle shorts. That helps eliminate the hotspots. I can do 1000 mile days all day long with or without the padded shorts. Granted, the stock seat on the Busa isn't too bad. Maybe some of you are just pansies. LOL

i used a gel seat pad and it worked great, much cheaper
